Towards a new
standard of care

Arrayus Technologies is developing an image-guided focused ultrasound platform to enable incisionless therapy procedures as an alternative or complement to traditional surgery, radiation therapy or immunotherapy for a broad range of oncological indications.

What is focused ultrasound?

Focused ultrasound is a completely non-invasive therapy that uses intersecting beams of sound energy to induce various biological effects at precise locations deep in the body, without impacting surrounding tissue. The range of biological effects includes thermal or mechanical tissue destruction, immunomodulation, drug delivery and radiosensitization.

The clinical benefits of focused ultrasound include reduced procedure time and complications, minimal patient discomfort, rapid recovery and decreased cost of care. With over 130 different clinical indications under development, focused ultrasound therapy is poised to become an essential tool in every hospital, cancer care center and physician office.
