James O’Reilly brings 20+ years of executive experience in technology company formation and growth. At Arrayus Technologies, he drives international investment and provides strategic vision.
Before leading Arrayus Technologies, James founded a successful consulting firm focusing on technology development, funding, and regulatory affairs in the medical device space. He is uniquely skilled as an enduring leader in the domain of high technology.
Michael Mays

Mike joined Arrayus Technologies in 2015 as CFO. His main responsibilities include operational and financial strategy, governance and risk management and development of financial systems.
He has 25 years of professional experience working in public and private companies in both the USA and Canada. Mike began his career working in public accounting for KPMG working in Toronto Canada and Boston Massachusetts. He is a CPA with a Honors Business Administration degree in accounting and finance.

Dr. Lauren Killip is a senior healthcare executive with a successful track record of medical technology commercialization and international business development. Her expertise includes strategic business planning, relationship development, and operational execution in fast-growing startup companies.
Lauren holds a PhD degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Calgary.
